Interview style based review of HR policies and procedures currently in place and areas of concern to understand improvements that can be made to the way you manage your human resources, based on best practice and employment law. Reviews can be general or flexible and focus on the areas you are most concerned about, ie employment handbooks, contracts of employment, recruitment and onboarding procedures, pay and benefits and performance.
