Life 3A
Life3A UK are the London based team of a larger global architectural practice. Life3A design buildings for people in later life looking for lifestyle changes to suit their aspirations as they age.
With offices in different countries Life3A UK need specific HR advice and support relevant to their UK setting but which also aligns with the wider global setting of the rest of the practice. Susan Wakelin partnered with Life3A UK in 2022 to transform policies and procedures to reflect UK best practice and enable them to become an employer of choice.

Edenwood Place
Edenwood Place is a family run business which opened in Summer 2021, offering an event space for hire for weddings, parties and corporate functions as well as daily co-working facilities. There are up to 12 staff on various contracts and working a variety of hours and shifts.

Origin are a global Company who are opening retirement villages in the UK, located in beautiful countryside settings and vibrant town centres.
Susan Wakelin first partnered with Origin Living (UK) in 2022 when they moved to the UK to ensure that they were ready to TUPE over employees from established retirement villages.
Susan has worked closely with Origin Living to fully set up their HR function in line with their Company culture and based on best practice and being an employer of choice. In addition to this, Susan supports the Company's TUPE processes and provides a wide-range of ongoing advice and support.
GTCI Building Interior
GTCI specialises in commercial interior refurbishment throughout Kent, London and the South East, from new build, office partitions, suspended ceilings, commercial building external and internal refurbishment and fit outs.

Hippodrome Casino
The Hippodrome Casino is one of London’s most famous single-site entertainment venues.
Susan Wakelin joined prior to opening as part of the senior management team, to help establish the foundations of this successful iconic business, and created an HR function responsible for a unique combination of approximately 700 management, gaming, hospitality, theatre and office-based employees, operating twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
